Silvans Facility Services celebrate the LGBTIQ+ community across the globe as a way of recognising the influence LGBTIQ+ people have had around the world.

We stand and commemorate Pride Month with all our LGBTIQ+ employees, clients and suppliers.

Our goal is for our LGBTIQ+ employee experience to be one that is welcoming, rewarding, safe, positive, and rightful due to the inclusive culture we stand in and encourage.
