Reconciliation Action Plan (Reflect RAP 2025–2026)
Silvans Facility Services is proud to have our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) 2025–2026 formally endorsed by Reconciliation Australia.
We recognise Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the First Peoples of Australia and pay respect to the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the Country where we work across Australia. We honour their connection to land, waters, communities and culture, and we pay respect to Elders past, present and emerging.
Our RAP demonstrates our commitment to building meaningful partnerships, advancing reconciliation, and creating opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employment, cultural respect and community engagement.
Through this RAP, Silvans Facility Services will:
-
Strengthen relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
-
Build respect and cultural understanding across our workforce.
-
Create opportunities through employment, procurement, and training initiatives.
-
Report and measure our progress with transparency.
Reconciliation is a journey of life-long learning. At Silvans, we believe we can achieve more together than apart, uniting Australians through shared culture, respect, and equity.
