Silvans Encourages all staff to get vaccinated

Our health teams have been on the frontline of the COVID-19 pandemic, providing essential support services at small to Medium hospitals, medical centres and Aged care centres. They are some of the first people in the country to receive the vaccine and we are thankful for the protection this will provide them.
At Silvans, We are giving staff an additional paid leave since July. So they can attend COVID-19 vaccination appointments.
Our goal is to mark 100% of our workforce to get vaccinated by the 1st of November, and we’ve introduced incentives to motivate our employees to get on board.
